Payments are processed by PayPal. Bank transfers in EUR currency, without PayPal, are possible upon request. Besides EUR and USD, other currencies are accepted as well. Wherever you may be in the world, you can choose to pay in a currency you hold. PayPal will quote the price in your currency (this quote is based on a retail exchange rate, which includes an exchange rate fee of approximately 2,50%).
USD prices are adjusted regularly to reflect the current EUR/USD exchange rate. Check out this post for background on pricing in US dollars.
Prices include VAT for customer orders within the European Union (EU).Customers from outside the EU do not need to pay VAT. If you are purchasing from Switzerland, purchase in USD to avoid being charged VAT. The price listeddoes not include customs fees or taxes that might apply in thecountries of destination.
If you are a company registered in the EU, with a valid VAT number, youmay avoid paying the tax by emailing me your VAT number before placingthe order. Once your VAT number is verified (usually within 24 hours),the price for your order will be net of VAT.
Unfortunately I cannot reimburse the VAT tax retrospectively. In special cases I may arrange a credit towards future orders.
Shufflesome stickers are shipped in standard letter envelopes by carrier Deutsche Post. During delivery, the stickers are protected inside packaging.
I cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Mailings to countries in Europe usually arrive after 2-3 days. Mailings to the United States usually arrive after 4-7 days. Transit times vary, depending on the destination.
The cost of shipping is covered by the price of the product; you will not be charged extra for postage or handling. During checkout, PayPal will display the shipping charge as 0,00 EUR.
Registered mail can be purchased as an extra delivery service, and is charged in addition to the price of your order.
